Privacy policy
This English version is provided for convenience. The German version is authoritative: Datenschutz.
In short: this website sets no cookies, tracks no one and loads nothing from third-party servers, not even fonts. It runs on our own server at Hetzner in the EU (Finland). The only data stored is what a web server has to log for technical reasons, and what you yourself send us by email.

2 · Hosting
The website runs on a server operated by us at Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, in a data centre in Helsinki, Finland (EU) – not with a US cloud provider. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Hetzner in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
3 · Server log files
When the site is accessed, the server automatically stores: IP address, date and time, the address requested, the volume of data transferred, status code, referrer URL, and browser and operating system. This serves the secure and stable operation of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is not combined with other data. The log files are deleted after 7 days.
4 · Contact by email
If you write to us, we process your address and your message in order to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries about working together, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f)). Enquiries are deleted as soon as they are no longer needed for this purpose and no statutory retention periods prevent deletion.
5 · No cookies, no tracking
The website uses no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and uses no analytics or advertising services. Fonts, images and scripts are hosted on our own server; no content is loaded from third parties.
6 · Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), to erasure (Art. 17), to restriction of processing (Art. 18), to data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) (Art. 21). An email to the address given above is sufficient.
7 · Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht, BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
